This new build had some challenges to overcome before the build could commence. Including a diversion of the main sewer and some extensive ground works to drop the level by nearly 1.5m.

This was constructed to plans from the clients' architects to their required specification. It has been built in materials to compliment one another: new stone, slate with a hidden valley between the roofs, aluminium windows, oak doors and porch and a reclaimed looking brick to the rear projection.

This house now sits pleasantly on this ideal plot in the village. All the external works were carried out once the main structure was complete, giving the client plenty of useable, outdoor space.

Another project we have enjoyed building and are proud of the finished product.
