This small barn conversion at Preston Capes turned the existing building into a two bedroom house. To accomplish this, an extension was built to the rear and a complete new roof was added, internals renovated and all new windows and doors.
The house now has a master bedroom, a large family bathroom, large kitchen dining and living room, a second bedroom and hallway.
